During his time with the company, he created the Midwest Property Program, a Stock Throughput program specifically designed for Commercial Property business. It has become widely successful and is now exclusively used by his home-base office in Chicago. His innovation and dedication have led the Burns & Wilcox Chicago office to experience significant growth over the past five years.
In addition to his responsibilities in the office, Bryant is involved in various organizations within the insurance industry. He is an active board member for both Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation and City of Hope Insurance Group out of Chicago. He is also a member of WSIA’s employee development committee, where he has been heavily involved in facilitating and teaching at University East, an education summit for young insurance professionals.
Bryant earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Michigan State University.
